Before disassembling the stainless steel submersible pump, the drain plug should be unscrewed to drain the accumulated water in the pump, and the pipeline connected to the pump should be removed. Then, the water pump should be disassembled according to the following steps:
1. Remove the pump cover. Unscrew the nut to remove the pump cover. When it is difficult to remove, you can use a screwdriver to open the pump cover before removing it.
2. Remove the coupling or pulley. First, unscrew the fixing screws or nuts of the coupling or pulley, and then use a pulley puller to pull the coupling or pulley out of the shaft end.
3. Remove the impeller. Use an impeller wrench to unscrew the reverse nut and stop washer on the shaft head, and the impeller can be removed from the shaft.
4. Remove the pump casing and seal packing. Loosen the packing gland connected to the pump casing, unscrew the screws connecting the pump casing to the bracket to remove the pump casing, and then use wire to hook out the packing and water seal ring.
5. Dismantling bearings: First, remove the bearing cover, and then use a puller to pull out the bearing.
